Racing thoughts at bedtime? Our weighted blanket uses gentle, evenly distributed pressure (like a warm, reassuring hug) to help your body relax and your mind slow down.
Trouble switching off at bedtime?
Our weighted blanket wraps you in gentle, comforting pressure to help you feel calm, cosy, and ready for rest.
What's Not To Love?
Like a gentle hug at the end of a long day. This calming weighted blanket helps you feel cosy, settled, and ready to drift into deeper, more restful sleep.
It’s All In The Details
Thoughtfully quilted compartments help keep the weight evenly distributed, while soft, quality materials bring comfort to every inch. Made for seriously cosy nights.
Weighted blankets work through deep pressure stimulation (DPS): firm, evenly spread pressure across your body, similar to a hug, swaddle, or massage.
This gentle pressure is thought to nudge your nervous system out of "fight or flight" and into "rest and digest" mode, helping slow a racing mind, relax tense muscles, and ease you towards sleep. It's a simple, drug-free way to unwind at the end of a long day.
Early research on weighted blankets is promising. In a randomised controlled study published in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine (2020), adults with insomnia and conditions including anxiety disorder saw significantly greater reductions in insomnia severity with a weighted blanket than with a light one.
Many also reported lower anxiety and fatigue. In an earlier exploratory study, 63% of participants reported lower anxiety after using a weighted blanket.
Research is still ongoing, and a weighted blanket isn't a medical treatment. But for many people, it's a genuinely comforting addition to a calmer bedtime routine.
The biggest worry about weighted blankets in Singapore? Heat. Ours is built for the tropics: a breathable cotton shell, heat-dissipating glass-bead fill (not heat-trapping plastic pellets), and corner loops for a silky, moisture-wicking TENCEL™ duvet cover, the same fibre behind our best-selling cooling bedsheets.
Sleep with the comforting weight, not the uncomfortable warmth.
Your weighted blanket sits against your skin all night, so what's inside matters.
Weavve's blanket is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. This means it is independently tested and free from harmful chemicals, with lead-free, non-toxic glass beads and fine stitching that keeps weight perfectly even, night after night.
The layer against your skin stays silky and cool while the weight of the blanket does its work.

Only the highest quality fibres to give you that luxurious hotel-like feel that's cool to touch.
Many people find them calming, and research is cautiously positive. In studies, people with anxiety and insomnia who slept under weighted blankets reported feeling calmer and sleeping better, and the gentle, even pressure works on the same principle as a firm hug.
The studies so far are small, so treat a weighted blanket as a comfort tool that supports professional care rather than replaces it.
Pick the weight closest to 10% of your body weight if you sleep alone, or about 7% of your combined weight if you share. On a Queen, that means 7kg for most solo sleepers between 60 and 80kg and 9kg between 80 and 100kg. If you land between two options, go with whichever is nearest your 10%.
They do not have to be. Ours uses a breathable 100% cotton shell rather than the plush polyester covers made for winter climates, and the corner loops let it slip inside a Signature TENCEL™ duvet cover, which is 3x more breathable than cotton and 70% more moisture-wicking. You get the weight without the heat trap.
TENCEL™ sheets may require more delicate care compared to some fabrics like cotton sheets. They can also be priced slightly higher due to the quality of the fibres. However, many sleepers find the comfort and cooling benefits well worth it.
Weighted blankets are not suitable for children under 2, and for young children generally you should check with a paediatrician first. Speak with your doctor before using one if you have sleep apnoea, asthma or other breathing difficulties, or if you feel claustrophobic under weight. Whoever uses it should be able to lift it off without help.
Yes. Aim for about 7% of your combined body weight, and size up so both sleepers sit fully under the weight: the Queen measures 210 by 210cm with 7kg and 9kg options, and the King 250 by 210cm with 9kg and 11kg options.
If your duvet cover matches the blanket size, yes. Each blanket is cut to standard duvet cover dimensions and has corner loops that tie into the internal ribbons of a duvet cover, the same way a regular duvet does. It pairs especially well with ourSignature TENCEL™ Duvet Coverfor a cooler feel.
As rarely as possible, which is exactly what the duvet cover is for: let the cover take the weekly wash. When the blanket itself needs cleaning, hand wash it in cold water and line dry. Skip bleach, ironing and dry cleaning, and avoid leaving it to soak.
