Choosing the right weight & size

*For sharing, the weight of each individual should not differ too much as it may lead to unequal weight distribution. Alternatively, we recommend opting for separate blankets to maximize the blanket’s benefits.

Some helpful tips:

Tip 1: For general, non condition related use, it’s recommended to choose a lower weight option. However for conditions such as insomnia or anxiety, following the 10% guideline would help you maximize the blanket’s benefits.

Tip 2: If you’re in between weights, we recommend selecting the lower of the weight options

Tip 3: Don’t fret if the blanket is bigger than your mattress —just ensure it covers your bed neatly without much excess hanging off the sides.

Tip 4: Like any change to a sleeping environment, It takes time to get used to, but the blanket will soon work wonders for your sleep!

Care

Hand washing is recommended in cold water at or below 30°C.
- Do not soak.
- Do not iron.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not expose the weighted blanket to high temperatures, as it may damage the glass beads and padding.
- Gentle detergent is advised, avoid using softeners as it will affect the texture of sheets.
- Do not use any kind of bleaching agent or detergent with bleach as an ingredient, as bleach will damage cotton fibres.
- Check the machine’s maximum load if machine wash, wash at gentle wash and spin cycle.
