Returns and Exchanges

Returns 

With the exception of bed sheets that are covered by our 100 Day Trial, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on items upon fulfillment of the order.


You may cancel an order prior to delivery and we will process a refund of your purchase to the original method of payment. This process may take up to 14 days to be reflected in your account.


The dollar-value of any discount code applied, cashback, or any other form of discount associated with any promotion will not be included in the refunded amount.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of fulfillment¹ only for defective items and will provide a one-to-one replacement. Items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, and packaging.


We do not accept exchanges in the following situations:

● An exchange request is submitted more than 14 days after an order has been fulfilled.

● An item that is damaged through use or defective but not due to our error.

● An item that is customised and meets order specifications.

● An item is free from defects and you wish to change the size, colour or any other specification of the purchased item.


Each order is entitled to a single exchange request that covers all relevant items in the order, whereby delivery of the replacement item(s) is free of charge. Subsequent redelivery is chargeable at $10 per trip for Singapore orders. For international orders, redelivery is charged according to our international courier’s rates, which may vary.


We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if an item, upon inspection by our team, does not meet the above requirements. Any items that are not eligible for exchange that have been sent to us will be returned to you, subject to a $20 delivery fee (for Singapore orders) for collection and re-delivery of the items. For international orders, redelivery is charged according to our international courier’s rates, which may vary.


To request for an exchange, send us an email at hello@weavvehome.com and we will get back to you in 3-5 business days to help you with your request. For valid exchange requests where we are unable to provide a replacement item, the value of your item will be refunded in the form of store credits.


¹Fulfillment refers to the date of delivery indicated by our logistics providers, or the date of collection.

100 Day Trial

We are fully committed to making exceptional products and that is why we offer a 100 day trial for all of our bedsheets purchased from our website. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to issue a full refund within 100 days from the date of fulfillment.


Refunds take between 3-5 business days to be processed once we have received your bedsheets, and will be made to the original method of payment. If a gift card was used initial payment of the order, the refund will first be applied back to the gift card and any remaining credit will be applied to the secondary form of payment.


We do not accept returns in the following situations:

● Damage, stains or discolouration of sheets that were not present before first use and are not factory defects.

● Significant changes in fabric texture due to improper handing or washing.


The following items are not included in our 100 Day Trial:

● Bedsheets released under collaborations/co-branded collections.

● Bedsheets marked and sold as “clearance”.


Each customer is entitled to 1 return for any single product or set across either the Lyocell or Cotton sheets collections. Utilization of the 100 Day Trial in either collection will mean that the 100 Day Trial will not apply to the other collection, and for subsequent orders from any collection.
