Returns and exchanges

To start the return/exchange process for your order, please enter your email address and the order number below.

100 Day Trial - Note: 100 Day Trial will be no longer apply with effect from 20 Aug 2023 2359

      Orders made by 20 August 2023 will still be eligible for the 100 day trial. Any orders made thereafter will only be eligible for Returns & Exchanges

within 15 days from the shipping date

How do I return/exchange?

      • 1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
      • 2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
      • 3. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping and/ pick-up guidelines once the return/exchange request is approved 
      • You can expect to hear from us between 3 to 5 business days

 

What items are returnable?

Our bedsheets can be returned or exchanged within 100 days (from the date of delivery). Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit.

Please note that free gifts are non-refundable.

Products shipped outside of Singapore are currently not eligible for return.

Are there any charges for return?

  • - There are no charges for return. Free pick-up for local Singapore addresses. (Terms and conditions applies, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges page for more information.) 
  • - Only 1 return per customer is allowed.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return request is approved and collected, returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to reflect in your account.
