Our Products

Where are your bedding products made?

Our bedsheets are manufactured in a family-owned factory located in Hebei, a northern Chinese province near Beijing.  

What are Weavve bed sheets made of?

All of our sheets are Oeko Tex® certified, we use a four over and one under sateen weave, exposing a more continuous thread surface. Weavve cotton sheets are made with 100% extra-long staple cotton and weaved using single-ply yarn. Our TENCEL™ sheets are made only from sustainable eucalyptus forests and is manufactured with a closed loop process – this means that up to 99% of the reagents are recovered to be reused and the water is recycled.  This results in a luxurious sheen and smooth feel. What does thread count really mean? Does it matter?

There is no doubt that when it comes to buying bedsheets, thread count seems to be the one factor that everyone talks about.To put it simply, thread count is the number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric. This number is based on the threads woven horizontally ("weft") and vertically ("warp").Of course, thread count does matter, to a point. What does a classic set come with? Can I mix and match within a set?

Our classic set contains 2 pillow cases, 1 fitted sheet and 1 duvet cover. Unfortunately, our bedsheet sets are pre-bundled, and you cannot mix and match size, colour or material.

Does your sets come with bolster case?

Our Deluxe set contains 2 bolster cases. For all other sets, please add bolster cases separately to your cart (Cotton or Tencel).

How should I wash and care for my bed linens?

Our bed sheets are made to feel and look good for a lifetime with minimal care. Visit our Care Guide for information on how to care for your Weavve bedding products.

How deep are Weavve fitted sheets?

All our fitted sheets have a 40cm (16") deep pocket. They also come with elastic banding sewn around the edges to ensure a generous fit over the thickest mattresses. See our Sizing Guide for more details.

Does Weavve bed sheets wrinkle?

Our sheets are not treated with harsh chemicals or any harmful toxic finishes, this is why your Weavve sheets will naturally wrinkle more easily than “wrinkle resistant” products on the market. Check out our Care Guide for more information on how to prevent significant wrinkling!

Do I need to wash my sheets before using?

Yes, a slight natural shrinkage will occur after their first necessary wash. Our sheets are aligned to Australian sizes so they are slightly larger than Singapore standard sizes and can accommodate larger beds. Read our Care Guide for more details.

Do you offer gift wrapping on orders?

We do not offer additional gift wrapping services, because we’re sure your gift recipient will adore our signature packaging! You can however add a gift note to your order.

Order & Shipping

Does Weavve provide free shipping?

Yes! Weavve is pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders above $50 to any address in Singapore. For orders below $50, we charge a flat rate of $10 for delivery. Please note that each order is entitled to a maximum of one (1) free redelivery, in the event that both deliveries failed, subsequent redelivery is chargeable at $10/trip.

Does Weavve ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Here's what to expect:

For Singapore Orders: You can expect to receive your order within 3-6 working days. We'll send you an email notifying the delivery.


For Next Day delivery (only for Singapore orders): Order before 2pm and receive your order the next day. For orders made after 2pm, your items will be delivered the following day (eg. Order on 1 April at 3pm, delivery will be scheduled for 3 April). Please note we do not deliver on weekends, orders made between Friday 2pm and Sunday 2pm will be delivered the following Monday. 

For International Orders: International orders are subject to customs clearance. Estimated delivery lead time is 7 to 14 business days from date of order.


Pre-order: By default all orders containing pre-order items are shipped when all articles are back in stock. If an order contains products that are on pre-order as well as products that are ready to ship, you can request for partial shipping. Partial shipping is available for SG only and is free for items that are above $150. For items that are below $150 there will be an additional $10 delivery charge. Please contact us should you wish to ship your order separately. 


If you have opted for self-collection at our warehouse, we will follow up with an email and inform you when it is ready for collection.


Personalised Embroidery Orders: Personalisation orders will take up to 8-10 working days although this may increase during peak periods. If you need it urgently, please check with us before putting through your order.

The product I want is on preorder. When can I expect to receive my order?

You can find the expected delivery timeframe under the product description. You will be notified once the product is back in stock and ready to be shipped out to you.

Can I self-collect?

Yes, you can! 


To opt for self collection: Please select 'Pick up' during checkout. We will follow up with an email and inform you when your order is ready for collection. Orders will be ready for collection in 2 - 4 business days. 


Opening hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm. (Closed on weekends and public holidays)


Please note that self collection of your order has to be done within 30 days. If you have already made an order, and you have paid for delivery, you can still opt for self-collection if we have yet to ship out your item. Please do drop us an email at hello@weavvehome.com to let us know asap. We will refund your delivery charge via store credits.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. To check the balance of your gift card, simply email us at hello@weavvehome.com

Can I use a discount code when purchasing a gift card?

No, discounts are only valid on physical merchandise sold. Since gift cards are a form of currency, we do not offer discounts on cash values. You can't use a gift card to buy another gift card as well.

How do I pay using Atome? 

Atome allows you to pay for your purchase over 3 monthly instalments. No interest, no hidden fees.


How to Pay: 

1. Select Atome

If you’re shopping online, select Atome during checkout.


2. Make payment

Atome automatically splits your bill into 3 equal payments. You'll pay the first payment at the point of purchase. The next two payments will be spread 30 days apart. No interest or hidden charges, ever.


3. Check bills

Check the status of your payment schedule under “Bills” in our app. You’ll also be informed when your payment cycle is complete. That’s it!

How do you refund your purchase:

Any issues pertaining to the delivery of your order, condition of goods, cancellation or refund should be raised directly with the merchant (Weavve Home). If the merchant processes a refund, it will be reflected in your order details under "Bills" in Atome app.


Refund methods:

1) Refund to card

Once the merchant processes a refund, the amount will be credited to your card that is tagged to your Atome account within 10 to 15 business days. There is, however, a dependency on how long your card banks take to credit the refund. Please refer to your merchant/bank on refund status.


2) Cancellation/Reversal

If your refund is processed within 3 days after your order date, the refund may go through in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal you will not see a refund credit on your statement – you will just see the original authorisation drop off their statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment, and no refund. It will appear as if the whole transaction never happened. You may contact your bank to confirm this.

How do I pay using ShopBack PayLater? 

ShopBack PayLater allows you to pay for your purchase over 3 monthly instalments. No interest, no hidden fees.


1st instalment: Upfront payment

2nd instalment: 30 days from checkout (purchase date + 30 days)

3rd instalment: 60 days from checkout (purchase date + 60 days)


How to Pay Using PC:

Full Refund

- You’ll need to contact the store to ask for an order cancellation/refund.

- Once the store has initiated the Full Refund, we’ll work on refunding the amount back to your selected payment method.

- Typically, the whole process will take up to 10 business days for the amount to be reflected on your end.

- You’ll receive an email confirmation after your full refund has been processed.


Partial Refund

- You’ll need to contact the store to ask for a partial order cancellation/refund.

- Once the store has initiated the Partial Refund, we’ll process this.

- For Partial Refund, the amount will be used to offset your next instalment’s repayment. If you do not have any outstanding instalments in your account, the amount will be refunded back to your selected payment method.

- Typically, the whole process will take up to 10 business days for the amount to be reflected on your end.

- You’ll receive an email confirmation after your partial refund has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the 100 Day Trial?

The 100 Day Trial is our way of helping you find the best bedsheets for you. If you are unsatisfied with the set of sheets you have purchased, or feel that another material might be better for you, you can return or exchange your bedsheets within 100 days of receiving your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We allow returns for our bedsheets within 100 days of fulfillment, but there are some things to note. For all other products, we do not issue refunds. If you wish to return your bedsheets, please fill in our return form here.


We accept exchanges for any defective items within 14 days of fulfillment. If you wish to exchange an item, send us an email at hello@weavvehome.com and we will help you with your request.


Please allow +/- 500g in actual weighted blanket weight and +/- 1-3cm in actual demensions for all bedding products. Returns / exchanges for products within the above tolerance will not be accepted.
