Is there parking available?

Limited roadside parking is available near the warehouse. You may also park at nearby buildings such as Bedtime Building which is within walking distance.

How do I know if I’m a VIP?

VIP access is by invitation only, extended to selected members of our Snooze Club community. If you're a VIP, you should have received an email invitation by early August.

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

All sales made during WHS 2025 are final. We do not accept exchanges or refunds, including for items purchased in error. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase.

Can I shop the sale online?

Unfortunately, our Warehouse Sale special prices and discounts are available only at our physical event and won’t be offered online or through other retail channels.

Will bags be provided?

Most items are packaged minimally for clearance purposes. In support of sustainability, there will not be bags will not be provided too. We encourage all customers to bring their own reusable bags.

What payment methods are there?

We only accept payment via PayNow. Cash, Credit Card or Debit Card will not be accepted.

Are there time slots or entry limits?

Nope, there are no fixed time slots and you're free to come anytime during opening hours. That said, if it gets too crowded, we may have to implement a waiting queue on the spot to keep things comfortable and safe for everyone.

You’re welcome to shop all the way till 6pm, but we close right on time, so we strongly recommend coming early if you want plenty of time to browse!

Sale & Product Information

Are there any purchase limits?

Nope, there are no purchase limits! You’re welcome to buy as much as you like – it’s a grab-and-go sale, so come early to snag your favourites before they’re gone.

Will there be sufficient stocks for Day 2?

We will do our best to ensure that Day 1 and Day 2 are equally stocked. However, for items especially those on Super Markdown, they are limited in quantity and available on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.

What are quirks & imperfections?

These are products with minor aesthetic imperfections or defects that do not affect functionality. You may expect a wide range of items such as dinnerware, duvets, sheets, and towels.

Can we open the products to check their condition, especially for imperfect items?

Most of our products will be sealed and properly packaged. We do not allow any products to be opened, including dinnerware due to hygiene purposes.

Rest assured, we will provide clear guidelines and some samples outlining what constitutes a minor defect or imperfection.

Is there delivery provided?

Delivery is only available for items that are unavailable or insufficient for cash & carry.
